I offer 1 to 1 and group personal training sessions, these sessions take place in my own studio. I start by completing a full consultation, with health check and goal setting.
Sessions last for 1 hour.
The reason I choose to train clients outside of a regular gym environment is due to me feeling that there are less distractions, greater client confidence, and a better client to trainer rapport.
All sessions are completely bespoke to your individual needs and goals.
They incorporate a unique mixture of strength, flexibility and cardio- vascular training. My clients get complete support from me in between sessions, with any questions answered by myself personally within 24 hours. As one of my personal training clients, you will also receive full nutrition support, something I believe is often neglected by other trainers, but paramount in achieving long term success.
You will also be provided with workouts to do in between sessions.

I offer the following standard packages (bespoke packages available on request) Please note, these packages come complete with FULL nutrition support, they are designed to get maximum results in the time frame, therefore they are more aggressive than the usual approach. All packages are payment upfront, sessions must be taken within 6 months of payment.
Pre Wedding Package
30 sessions in total, broken down in to 3 sessions per week for 10 weeks.
This package is designed to get you in the shape of your life for your special day. The programme will work the entire body, and along with fully tailored nutrition will get you amazing results
